Nadine attended Wellington College, where she graduated in 2016. She became an RMT to help clients to overcome pains and distress from their everyday lives. She has taken additional courses to service her clients including hot stone, cupping and prenatal. She is also trained in performing treatments with aromatherapy and breast massage. Her style is relaxation to moderate pressure with trigger releasing in different areas of the body. She belongs to the MTAM Association and enjoys spending her spare time with her son and family, enjoying outside time as much as possible. She also enjoys baking treats for others to enjoy!

Sarah Graduated from Hua Xia Acupuncture, Massage, and Herb College in Winnipeg Manitoba. She uses a combination of Eastern and Western Massage techniques as well as self care education to progressively achieve the goal of living without soft tissue dysfunction and pain. Sarah specializes in therapeutic massage using deep tissue, trigger point, neurofacsial modulation, and Tunia massage techniques to achieve this goal. While firm direct pressure is her strength, relaxation and comfort are still required for every patient. Sarah works with all types of patients but especially likes the challenge of working with patients who are experiencing chronic headaches, jaw, neck, shoulder and back pain.
